Koto Sheer Lace-Trimmed Top

Introducing the Koto Top. This Victorian-inspired blouse is the ultimate blend of cool and sophisticated with scallop lace at the collar and the ruffled cuff sleeves. The top arrives sheer for an added sexiness. Delicate pintucks throughout the body give a radiating effect. This piece is finished with self-covered buttons down center front and sweet floral embroideries.
